At the heart of my teaching is a calling to help others reconnect—with their bodies, their breath, and their inner peace. As a certified 500-hour Yoga Instructor with specialized training in Yin, Restorative, Prenatal, Hatha/Vinyasa, and Meditation/Mindfulness, I guide clients through gentle, intuitive practices that honour where they are and support where they’re going.

My work is also shaped by over 35 years as a Child and Youth Worker, which grounds my teaching in compassion, emotional awareness, and a trauma-informed lens. What moves me most is witnessing transformation—when someone softens into stillness, breathes more freely, or begins to trust their body again. I strive to create a nurturing, inclusive space where clients of all backgrounds and abilities feel safe, supported, and empowered on their journey toward balance and well-being.
