Registered Psychotherapist
My passion is helping people uncover their true selves and become the best they can be. Through a holistic approach that includes mind, body and spirit, I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges and discover your inner strength. As a Registered Psychotherapist with a Doctorate in Counselling (DMin), and years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families, I use a compassionate and client-centered approach to help you transform obstacles into opportunities. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, crisis, or complex life transitions, we’ll work together to create a path forward. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve trained psychotherapists and spiritual care practitioners as a faculty member at the University of Toronto, where I’ve designed programs focused on trauma-informed care, mental health awareness, and psychospiritual intervenentions. I believe every person has a light within them that deserves to shine brightly. Together, we can discover it, kindle it, nurture it, and let it shine brightly.

(She/Her)
Registered Psychotherapist (Q)
I’m passionate about supporting people in creating meaningful change and building a more fulfilling life. I’m inspired by helping clients strengthen self-confidence, develop skills to navigate challenges, and cultivate self-compassion. I also value strengthening the mind–body connection to support overall wellness, helping you feel more balanced and grounded. At the core of my work is a genuine desire to help you improve your relationship with yourself and others, and to make the most of your life. I love being a therapist because it allows me to truly listen, reflect, and thoughtfully tailor our work to your unique goals. I approach therapy with warmth and without judgment, meeting you where you are and taking time to understand your experiences through your perspective. I recognize that each person’s story is shaped by their relationships, history, culture, and environment, and I strive to make our work together collaborative, personalized, and meaningful. I bring a diverse range of experiences to my practice, including work in the non-profit sector, years as an educator, and living and working internationally. I often support clients navigating anxiety, low mood, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges, including boundaries and codependency. My approach integrates CBT, DBT, and solution-focused techniques, while remaining sensitive to the impacts of grief, shame, and trauma, creating a space where you can feel supported as you move toward lasting change.

(She/her)
Registered Social Worker
As a queer, neurodivergent woman of colour, I know what it feels like to move through the world without always being seen or understood for who you really are. Without that understanding, it can be difficult to truly open up about the challenges in our lives, or to explore the vulnerability it takes to grow. That's why I strive to create a non-judgemental space for my clients to share whatever is on their minds, so that we can collaborate on tackling the obstacles in your life while honouring your authentic self. My social work practice is rooted in a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive framework. I take a holistic approach that draws upon elements of narrative therapy, DBT, CBT, and motivational interviewing to support adult clients with navigating everything from questions around gender, sexual, and racial identity; to exploring neurodivergence, boundaries, and relationship conflicts; to the impacts of stress, depression, and anxiety on mental health. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. Rather, I provide a compassionate therapeutic space that allows each client to bring their full selves into the session, so that you can feel supported in your healing journey and empowered to grow in alignment with your values.
