Bhoomi Rajgor, MPT, BPT, LCCE
(She/her)
Resident Physiotherapist
Being a firm believer in ‘what the mind thinks, the body follows’, my approach to physiotherapy is holistic. My mission is to guide and educate clients about the factors that affect their rehabilitation so that they are the ones in control of their recovery. Whether their goal is to regain their mobility, reduce pain, or enhance their overall quality of life, I believe that it is of utmost importance to include the client in all decision-making regarding their health. This will create a personalized rehabilitation program that is tailored to their unique lifestyle. What excites me about physiotherapy is the chance to connect with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to support them through their recovery journeys. Whether it's helping someone return to their favorite sport, manage chronic pain, or simply enhance their daily function, being a part of their transformation is deeply rewarding. I take a hands-on approach, blending manual therapy with active exercises, and work closely with each client to tailor their treatment plan to their personal goals while focusing on preventing future injuries. My goal is to equip clients with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to maintain long-term physical health so that they can live their life to the fullest.
